I have tried to contact customer service using email from website every day multiple times for the past 10 days to enquire about the buy one get one free deal for the charms, I initially wanted to purchase the Miles Morales Charm, and when prompted with buy one get one free deal added the spider man mask charm, wanted to enquire as to what happened with this order as would not have proceeded to purchase the mask charm and went with my original order, iâm very disappointed with the lack of communication as now wonât have time to rectify the problem in time for my nephews birthday, Still yet to receive a response back but feedback email came through today, so very unhappy would give negative feedback rating if i could
