Custom bracelets cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged because of change of mind, an incorrectly selected size, colour or clasp. Please check your selections and measure your wrist carefully before placing your order.
This does not affect your rights if the bracelet arrives faulty, damaged or different from the options you selected.
How To Measure Your Wrist
Step 1, Measure Your Wrist
Using a flexible measuring tape, wrap it around your wrist just below the wrist bone, where you would normally wear your bracelet. Keep the tape snug without pulling it too tightly.
Don't have a measuring tape? Simply wrap a piece of string or a strip of paper around your wrist, mark where the ends meet, and measure the length against a ruler.
Step 2, Add 2 cm For Comfort
Once you have your wrist measurement, add approximately 2 cm to find your recommended charm bracelet size. This allows extra space for movement and your favourite charms.
For example, if your wrist measures 16 cm, we recommend choosing an 18 cm bracelet.
