Fantastic quality
We have bought quite a few item through Pretty Little Charms and never had a problem until now. One of the safety chains (I did buy 3) for my daughters braclet does not screw on it slides on and off (so no safety aspect and obviously faulty). I emailed the support address was sending emails back and forth then all of a sudden the emails bounced back. Tried different ways to get in touch to no avail. Extremely disappointed that this problem has not been sorted out and I now have no way to contact them and a safety chain that is useless.

You mentioned that the safety chain didn't fit a bracelet, but then mentioned that the same safety chain did fit the bracelet, but you had to screw it off.
