This warranty plan covers the following:

Coverage

1. Manufacturing Defects: We guarantee that our jewelry is free from manufacturing defects for a period of three months from the date of purchase. If any manufacturing defect is discovered during this period, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost to you.
2. Stone Replacement: In the unfortunate event that a stone (gem or diamond) becomes loose or falls out of the jewelry within three months from the date of purchase, we will replace the stone with a new one of equal quality, free of charge.

Exclusions

1. Accidental Damage: The warranty does not cover any damage caused by accidents, mishandling, or improper use of the jewelry.
2. Normal Wear and Tear: Like all jewelry, our products are subject to normal wear and tear. This warranty does not cover scratches, dents, or any other damage that occurs with regular use.
3. Modifications or Repairs by Third Parties: Any modifications or repairs performed by a third party on our jewelry during the warranty period will void this warranty.

Claim Process

2. Assessment: Our customer support team will guide you through the assessment process. If required, you may need to send the item back to us for evaluation.
3. Repair or Replacement: Once the assessment is complete, we will determine whether the item will be repaired or replaced, depending on the nature of the issue. We will handle the necessary repairs or provide you with a new piece, as applicable.
4. Return Shipping: If the item needs to be sent back to us, we will cover the shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for your convenience.

1. The three-month warranty period starts from the date of purchase, as indicated on the original receipt.
2. Please retain your original receipt or proof of purchase, as it will be required to process any warranty claims.
