I ordered two size 19 bracelets. Neither were that long. So we’re too small.
I discussed my problem and was assured by the very polite and helpful staff member that someone would be in touch to arrange longer ones to be sent to me. That was the last I heard. So still waiting.

I had to have them removed at a tattoo shop. They had dug into the back of his ear and embedded in the back of his ear so deeply that it was infected, and they had to use tools to remove them from inside of the ear because the backing was too tight. I was advised by the artist at the shop that in order to prevent these things from happening to take clear nail polish and paint the back of the earring before putting them into the ear to prevent the silver from burning the kids
