Stone fell out of the Micky Mouse

I ordered the Micky Mouse bracelet 32 days ago when it arrived a stone fell out of his ear. My daughter contacted Pritty Little Charms who were very nice and promised a replacement which has not arrived yet. Currently I am not happy but when I receive the replacement I will give another review.
