The charm is too small, does not fit a normal pandora bracelet. Features are way to small and does not resemble the picture, cannot see half the features clearly. Would not recomend this charm.

The charm is junk. The Mickey heads on both sides fell off before it was ever even put on the bracelet. Straight in the trash. Will never buy from this company again. The charms are also not silver. It’s a coating on the outside to make it look that way.

First time using when Christmas shopping. Was Cautious at first when nothing turned up, not company's fault, Evri somehow 'Lost it' Jacob was brilliant. Quick response, very understanding and re assuring. Sent out replacement items with no fuss. Will be back as a returning Customer and would highly recommend. Charms and bracelets are high quality aswell.
