Not what’s pictured

I was disappointed in the charm as it does not look like the photo on the website. Specifically, the shape of the hat looks poorly made and wonky shaped. Not the solid triangular shape it should be. Initially I received one that also had a bent ear, but customer service was great and replaced the charm right away for me. The low star rating is for the charm itself, which I probably would have given a one star but felt I should at least come one star up for the lovely customer service help.
