New Shipping Updates
To all of our new and old customers, as you will notice we have multiple shipping options and we have received a lot of requests from people confused about the difference, we will explain.
For our Australian customers, there are 2 options that are available you that are Insured Shipping and Express Shipping.
Insured Shipping - This service is with courier please or Aramex depending on your location a tracking number is automatically applied once we fulfilled your item and is picked up the next business day morning, this is our standard option delivery could take from 3 business days to 2 weeks any longer please send us an email.
Express shipping - this service is with Australian post express, tracking number will automatically be applied once we fulfill your items and will be dropped off the day after fulfillment, shipping takes around 1 to 4 business days max
For our international customers, 2 options are available Standard International Shipping and Insured International Shipping
Standard International Shipping is our free shipping service. Depending on your location, this shipping option can take up to a few weeks to arrive, and it lacks an automatic tracking number, which means we don't provide a tracking number with this shipping method. Simply include your order number in an email to us if you'd like a tracking number, and we'll be happy to send one.
Our premium shipping option is insured international shipping, which saves you time by automatically providing your tracking number to your order once it is packed. Insured shipping also ensures replacements or a refund if your package is lost in the mail. This shipping method is also much faster to deliver your package.
